The system for filter rods is an automatic sampling and product
quality testing system for filter rod forming machines.
The system takes out, transports, receives, and detects samples
from the production line in a fully automatic way, and transmits
the physical index quality information of samples to the machine in
real-time, which is convenient to adjust the production process in
time, guides the production process and ensure the product quality.
Performance and characteristics:
1. There are two sampling methods:
Grab sampling and embedded sampling, which are selected according
to the situation of the machine. Grabbing sampling means that the
sampling device is installed above the bridge, and negative
pressure adsorption is adopted for sampling;
Compact device, beautiful appearance, small width of the bridge, no
need to transform the machine, Flexible transplantation, sampling
arm in flexible working mode, nondestructive sampling, without
interfering with the sample production line;
Embedded sampling means that the sampling device is installed at
the bottom of the sample conveyor belt of the molding machine, and
the sampling is carried out in the way of opening and closing in
the downstream direction.
The device is compact, beautiful in appearance, independent in
countercurrent bending design, nondestructive in sampling, and does
not interfere with the sample production line.
2. The sampling device transmits the filter rod to the sample
receiving end of the testing equipment (comprehensive testing
platform) through the valve island control system, and the
receiving end receives the filter rod through the reverse buffer
airflow system to avoid damage and deformation of the sample end
face;
